Mr. Govaerts is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 45 years of executive leadership experience, including tenure as Managing Director of Govaerts Accounting in Antwerp, Belgium. He is recognized for delivering strategic financial solutions within the international insurance, reinsurance, and financial markets, and has extensive experience collaborating with global firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Throughout his career, he has driven operational excellence, ensured regulatory compliance, and fostered financial innovation. Mr. Govaerts is skilled at navigating complex financial landscapes, building and maintaining client trust, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational objectives. He is fluent in English, Dutch, French, and Spanish, and has a proven track record of establishing long-term partnerships across Europe and internationally.

Dionysios Apostolopoulos, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Apostolopoulos is an accomplished financial professional with over 35 years of experience in personal banking, financial advisory, and international finance and acquisitions. He is recognized for delivering strategic financial solutions, driving portfolio growth, and facilitating high-value mergers and acquisitions across global markets. He has held senior roles at prestigious firms, including Argus Funding and Aspasia Capital, and has a proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and leading cross-border transactions. Mr. Apostolopoulos holds a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University and an MBA from Wasser University. He is fluent in English and Greek and maintains a strong professional network across North America and Europe, with a demonstrated commitment to fostering client success through innovative financial strategies.

Amit Kanna, Chief Executive Officer

Amit Khanna is a British finance executive with over 20 years of experience in structured financing, trade products, and credit structuring. He holds an MBA and Master's from the University of Mumbai and began his career at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as Vice President in Strategic Decision Support (2002-2006), advancing to Director (2006-2008). At Royal Bank of Scotland, he served as Regional Head of FI and NBFI Trade Products and Sales Advisory, and Head of Portfolio Management and Structured Distribution (2008-2013). From 2013-2019, he held senior roles at Barclays, including Director of Structuring and Execution, Head of Africa Desk, and Global Head of FI Trade Products. Since 2019, he was Managing Partner at ARK Capital Partners LLP, and in 2024, he became Managing Director and Head of Structured Financing and Private Debt at Aequitate Capital Limited, a London-based firm specializing in bespoke financing solutions for commodities, metals, mining, power, oil, and gas sectors.
